RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE PURCHASES.
3.1 Phillip Lim wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For 3.1 Phillip Lim online purchases, we will accept returned 3.1 Phillip Lim merchandise only if it is accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and otherwise complies the criteria set forth herein. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must request one through 31philliplim.com within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of your online order. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your online order. Items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned. Items purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.
Merchandise must be returned with their original packaging and footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your Return Authorization Number clearly documented.
3.1 Phillip Lim reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the criteria set forth herein. In such instances, 3.1 Phillip Lim will send the product(s) back at the customer’s expense. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable. For multiple product orders, we kindly ask that the merchandise be returned in one consolidated package.
Return by Mail
Please complete the following:
- Request a Return Authorization Number within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of your online order. Sign into ‘My Account’. In ‘Purchase History’, select your order from the drop-down menu, click on the items you would like to return, and indicate the reason for return. If you do not have an account, please contact email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and indicate the reason for return on this form.
- Pack your unused merchandise securely and ensure that the Return Authorization Number is indicated on a copy of your invoice.
- Please affix the included FedEx Return Label (valid for U.S. orders only) on your package and drop it off at any local FedEx location. Be sure to note the tracking number for your records.
- Once we have received and processed your return you will be notified by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your refund to be processed.
Return in Store
You may choose to return any item purchased online at one of our US store locations within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your online order. Simply bring a copy of your original invoice that was included in your order package. We cannot accept returns without your original invoice. If you choose to return an item purchased online to a 3.1 Phillip Lim US store within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, your return will be exchanged for a 3.1 Phillip Lim gift card good at any of our 3.1 Phillip Lim US store locations.
For an exchange of a product, please follow the return guidelines and place a new order online. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your exchange to be processed. Your account will be charged once the exchange item has been shipped.
